Founded in 1979 by owner Thomas F. Byrnes, Portfolio Property Investors based in Oakland, California is a full-service commercial, real-estate development and management company. We are currently committed to supplying premier medical office space for physicians in Murrieta and quality, affordable office and retail space in Oakland.
